EMEDEX stand on privacy
HIPAA requires a provider to have their Notice of Privacy Practices (NPP) on their own website, if they have one. The EMEDEX website is available to patients who wish to access their billing records, but it is not maintained by EMEDEX clients; therefore, the provider’s Notice of Privacy Practices (NPP) will not be found on this website. If you wish to receive a copy of your provider’s NPP, it will be necessary for you to contact your provider directly or click on a link to their individual websites (if available).
